one team: WW + Insidelink. We ask WW mkt team to participate directly with us in an intensely collaborative process based on specific measures of success and management. the WW house had three main responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
We research trends, develop strategies and create content, all with the collaboration and partnership of the WW mkt team.
WW are a global brand, so we received some guidelines that needed to be adapted to Brazilian habits and identity and only after this adaptation was the content created used on Instagram, Facebook and the Brazilian website.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - CRM
Our main objective was to generate leads and increase sales of monthly plan subscriptions.
To achieve this, together with the WW team, we analyzed the data, managed the sales funnel and for each moment of the journey we created e-mails with different types of messages and calls to action.
PERFORMANCE MEDIA & ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
Here we had two big challenges: building the brand's Brazilian identity and increasing subscription sales.
To achieve this, we create brand and performance campaigns using different formats and types of media, always maintaining the visual identity in all the brand's ad’s and platforms.
